After shopping, do not throw away your receipt. It has a special survey code. You will need that code to start the survey.

2. Go to the Survey Website

Use your phone, tablet, or computer and go to www.myshopriteexperience.com. It will take you to the official survey page.

3. Choose a Language

Pick a language you understand. You can choose English or Spanish.

4. Enter the Survey Info

Now, type in:

  • The survey code from your receipt
  • The date and time of your visit
  • The 3 Digit store number (you will find this on the receipt too)
  • Transaction Number

Click the “Start” button to move on.

5. Answer the Questions

You will now see some questions about your visit. Answer them honestly. Some questions will ask:

  • Was the store clean?
  • Were the workers polite?
  • Did you find what you needed?
  • Was the checkout fast?

This will take about five minutes.

6. Enter Your Contact Info

To join the prize draw, you must type in your:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

This is how they will contact you if you win.

7. Submit and You Are Done

After you fill in everything, hit the submit button. You will get a message that says you are entered in the prize draw. That is all.

You can enter the sweepstakes between 12:00 a.m. EST on November 3, 2024, and 11:59 p.m. EST on April 30, 2025. Here’s how:

    Every month, there’s a random drawing to select winners. In total, there are six (6) monthly drawings, and each one is handled by the Sweepstakes Administrator.
  • When Are Winners Chosen?
    Each drawing happens around the 5th day of the following month. So, for example, if you enter in January, the drawing will take place in early February.
  • How Many Winners?
    There will be five (5) winners chosen in each monthly drawing.
  • Do Your Odds Change?
